Tour Bus in I-95 Crash Has Past Driver-Fatigue Violations

The bus company involved in an I-95 crash Wednesday that sent dozens to the hospital has been cited four times for driver fatigue-related issues since March 2011, according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
